Shortly after 2 a.m. on April 23, a young man wielding a hammer was caught on a security camera smashing the front window of the Church of Scientology of Los Angeles.
The man shattered the large front pane while
cracking a second one before fleeing after being spotted by a security guard. Hours
after the incident the vehicle he drove off in was identified through security
camera footage as belonging to one of Ron Miscavige’s “reliable sources,”
Lois Reisdorf, and her husband, Gary.
Police
identified the suspect as their son Brandon who was arrested and now faces
felony vandalism charges. A judge has even issued a restraining order to keep
him 100 yards away from any of the numerous Church of Scientology facilities in
Southern California. Not only that, the son of Ron Miscavige’s “friend” and
“reliable source” by court order must stay 100 yards away from Ron’s son David.
A judge has even issued a restraining order to keep him [Brandon Reisdorf] 100 yards away from any of the numerous Church of Scientology facilities in Southern California… [and he] by court order must stay 100 yards away from Ron’s son David.
It’s
no coincidence that the attack occurred just after Ron enlisted Lois Reisdorf in
his hate-filled campaign against his own daughters and younger son. It’s also
no coincidence that he tried to exploit his son David for money and that
money is his true motivation for family attacks. Ron used Lois to make
false claims about his son. Ron admits
he wasn’t even around during that period, because he was thousands of miles away
selling pots and pans—when he wasn’t beating his first wife.
Ron’s false claims are not just utter nonsense. They go even further as complete hearsay. Not only wasn’t Ron around, neither was his “star witness” he relied upon. Lois was removed from her position in the Church for dishonesty well over 30 years ago by the Founder himself. Indeed, her last job in the Church was as a room cleaner for parishioners in a religious retreat in 1982. Ron was relying on a “source” who was 3,000 miles from where she claims to have been.
Now
it’s obvious that Lois Reisdorf is not only a liar, but she passed her explosive
hatred for her former religion down to her son as if it’s hereditary, resulting
in a violent incident that could have injured Scientologists exercising their
right to practice their faith.
In addition to smashing windows, Brandon also was sending out threatening emails to Scientologists. A day after his arrest he was placed under psychiatric care. A Tarasoff Reporting Form was also issued to alert the Church to the threat Brandon Reisdorf posed should he be released. The report stated that “Brandon Reisdorf has been threatening to harm Mr. [David] Miscavige.” Even though Brandon was released from jail at one point, his parents had him recommitted to a psychiatric hospital “for not taking his meds.”
Of course, Ron Miscavige never condemned the attack or
said so much as a word about threats being made against his own son, because it
might interfere with his efforts to make a buck selling hate against his own
family.

But for Ron, the violent attack is his chickens coming home to roost. By churning out hate speech against his family, Ron is inviting such dangerous attacks. He irresponsibly pals around with “friends” he calls “reliable sources” whose family has threatened his own son. But he doesn’t care. So you’ll never hear the truth from Ron Miscavige, and never a peep out of him about threats against his own family. That’s because it’s all about him and how much money he can make selling out his own children.
