Ron Miscavige was living with his namesake son when that son, Ronnie Miscavige, was arrested for soliciting prostitution.
No sooner had Ron Sr. arrived to live at Ronnie’s house than Ronnie was arrested by police in Hampton, VA., as part of a larger FBI sting into drugs and prostitution. As stated in the police records, the Court disposition for Ronnie’s soliciting prostitution from a known sex trafficking victim reads “GUILTY W/H/F UNTIL NOV 2013.” The report elaborates that there were at least 30 such incidents in just a two month period with single prostitutes and even one instance of a threesome involving “everything.” The police documents show he used a cell phone with the same phone number he uses as a Manager of Long & Foster. Ronnie admitted to the police that he “was afraid… to answer the[ir] question truthfully” because he “was afraid that he would get in trouble if he did so.”

Ron Miscavige knew this situation was bad and he wanted to move himself and his wife to a different, and what he considered better, environment. Ron received $100,000 tax-free that he used to buy a house—the first ever that Ron owned free and clear of a mortgage. The gift represented roughly his younger son’s entire inheritance from his mother, and David Miscavige made the gift in hopes that his father would live his life out in peace.
Ron Miscavige has his son David to thank for the home he lives in today, mortgage free. David generously gave his father more than $100,000 of his personal funds.
At the same time, David Miscavige found medical and dental insurance for his father, and paid the annual $5,000 premium for several years, even while Ronald was secretly making vitriolic statements attacking his younger son for money.
When Ron was asked if the rumors were true that he was really attacking his own son, Ron stated such a claim was “nuts.” In the words of the attorney who spoke with Ron, “He used profanity in disclaiming such an intention, calling the notion ‘complete horseshit’ and stressing that he never had any intention of going to any media or writing a ‘fucking book’ or ‘throwing Dave under the bus.’ He said the very idea was ‘nuts’ and asked me ‘where the fuck do you get this [idea] from?’”

It soon became apparent that Ron Miscavige was lying and was not living his life out in peace. Despite care and help, Ron involved himself in the activities of a small group of anti-Scientologists who were engaging in extortion against Ron’s own family. They wanted to use him in their campaign. To make a buck Ron turned his back on his family and willingly went along with the scheme and continues to do so as his means of livelihood.
Ron is shameless. David Miscavige bought his father a house and health insurance so he would be set for life, with not a worry in sight.

Ron’s thanks to his son for providing for him has been to attack his son with lies, all in an attempt to make a living off his son’s name. Ungracious does not begin to describe this thankless man, Ron Miscavige.
