Harassment. Belittlement. Condescending. That is how Ron Miscavige treated the women he worked with. And yes, bigoted and racist too.
“’It’s a woman’s job, not mine.’ Ron Miscavige would say to me as he dropped trash on the floor in our studio kitchenette, leaving cleaning up to me.”
—GS, Former Colleague of Ron Miscavige
Said a former colleague: “When I was the only female musician in the Music Department, he treated me horribly. I am Italian and he made fun of how I speak, my accent, and called me ‘guinea.’ That was one thing.
“Then he would constantly argue with me and provoke me so I would get upset. Then when I did get upset, he would push me against a wall and try to scare me, many times. Or he would huff around and knock things over or throw a chair, again to scare me. I avoided being alone with Ron as much as I could.
“Other times he would treat me in a condescending, demeaning manner. He threw things on the floor, especially in our kitchenette, and left it for me to clean up, saying it was a woman’s job.”
One former colleague said, I’m Jewish and he would call me ’the Jew Bitch’ behind my back.
She went on to say, “to illustrate Ron’s proclivity for insults and offensive humor, Ron was also famous for painting cork mustaches on himself and imitating Hitler whenever there was a cork in sight. On this same front, Ron had a gag he used to pull, where he would tell some innocent person he was doing a grammar test on them and ask them ‘What is the present tense of the word sought?’ The person would of course say ‘Seek,’ to which Ron would say (a la Hitler) ‘Heil!’”

Another former colleague recalled a particular time she went to see Ron concerning his studies as that was her job in Human Resources, to assist staff with their studies and to see to it that they were attending studies. Ron was not attending class and she was inquiring into why this was. And she said, “Ron got extremely upset, and without explanation as to why, he literally started talking to me in a tone of hatred, with gritted teeth, saying ‘YOU SON OF A
Then again, a former colleague relayed about Ron Miscavige, “Ron would demean anyone he could of whatever gender, race, color or creed, or even nationality. Ron would denigrate a wonderful singer we worked with and say things like ‘That black b—-h,’ ‘The picaninny,’ ‘…her black a—.’ All delivered in a very unkind way. He never said any of these things to her face, but when she was not there, Ron would say unkind racial slurs about her and Ron’s band mates would tell him to shut up and stop his disgusting rants.”
All in all, Ron Miscavige is a racist, bigoted, woman hater, who had to be kept in line by chaplains and even his own band mates. One only wonders how out of control he must be now.
