Tom McMurray for 27 years worked with Ron Miscavige during the time he was in the Sea Org, plays the trombone and writes music at Golden Era Productions.

In his joint interview with Russ Greilich, McHenry Ellis and Carl Leach, Tom notes that Ron lacked discipline and work ethic. “Discipline, discipline, discipline. All four of us here come from a rugged school of demanding discipline and expertise. He didn’t have that. He didn’t grow up with it. He saw no reason for it.”
