Ciara Rogers has been in the Sea Organization for 17 years and has worked under David Miscavige for the last 6 years overseeing the establishment, space planning and construction of all Ideal Organizations of the Church. She notes the grassroots passion and enthusiasm of parishioners needed to build their ideal Churches.
